Technical Requirements Review
Before preparing a quote, we review critical dimensions, tolerances, surface requirements, and other parameters that affect the manufacturing process and final result.
We provide turning services for customers in Kyiv based on drawings, 3D models, or sample parts. We manufacture shafts, bushings, axles, flanges, threaded components, and other rotational parts. When required, we combine turning with other machining and finishing processes so you receive a finished part rather than just a machined blank.

We provide turning services with a focus on dimensional accuracy, consistent quality, and compliance with the specific requirements of each order. For every project, we consider the part geometry, material, tolerances, required surface finish, and operating conditions. This allows us to select the most suitable machining process, eliminate unnecessary operations, and ensure that the finished part meets the specified requirements.
For each order, we develop a manufacturing process based on the complexity of the part, required accuracy, material, and any additional operations. This allows us to go beyond turning alone and coordinate all necessary production stages. When required, we provide a complete manufacturing cycle, including additional machining and finishing operations. As a result, you receive a finished part that is ready for use or installation without having to find separate contractors for additional processing.

Before preparing a quote, we review critical dimensions, tolerances, surface requirements, and other parameters that affect the manufacturing process and final result.
We select the appropriate equipment and sequence of operations for each project to achieve the required accuracy and an efficient manufacturing cost.
Before production begins, we confirm the batch size, material, lead time, and cost so that all key order details are clear in advance.
We coordinate your order throughout the production process and arrange delivery of the finished parts, so you do not have to manage manufacturing and logistics separately.
Examples of parts manufactured using CNC turning based on drawings, 3D models, or technical specifications.

Material: 6082 aluminum. CNC turning, powder coating. Batch — 50,000 pcs.

Material: Steel 20. CNC turning. Batch — 300 pcs.

Material: PT textolite. CNC turning. Batch — 15 pcs.

Material: Steel 45. CNC turning. Batch — 750 pcs.
The cost depends on the material, part geometry, required accuracy, number of operations, and batch size. To receive a quote, simply send us a drawing, 3D model, or technical specification. We usually provide a cost and lead time estimate within 24 hours on business days. If you submit a request on Saturday or Sunday, we will send the estimate on Monday or Tuesday.
Lead times depend on the complexity of the part, batch size, and the complete manufacturing process. Stock material in commonly used grades is usually available, so production can begin once the machine has been prepared and set up. If a less common material is required, the lead time may increase while we wait for delivery. Additional operations such as finish machining, surface preparation, coating, and other stages included in the manufacturing process can also affect the overall lead time.
Yes. Depending on the part design, turning can be combined with milling, grinding, gear cutting, laser cutting, bending, and welding. We can also arrange heat treatment and finishing, including powder coating. All required operations can be combined into a single manufacturing process, so you receive a finished part or assembly rather than the result of a single turning operation.
We combine competitive pricing with consistent quality, experienced specialists, and the capabilities of modern equipment. For each order, we select the most suitable manufacturing solution to achieve the required accuracy, machining quality, and reasonable production cost. Our experience in metalworking allows us to handle complex and non-standard tasks and find practical solutions where a standard approach is not enough.
Upload a drawing or 3D model and we will prepare an accurate quote. Or simply describe your requirements, and we will help you work out the details.
