Color and Texture Selection
We agree on the color, gloss level, and surface type according to the intended use of the product and the desired appearance.
We provide powder coating for metal parts and structures, including surface preparation and application of a uniform protective decorative finish. The service can be ordered separately or as a final stage after metal structure manufacturing or metal turning . We coat parts, housings, profiles, and other metal products for both one-off and production orders.

Powder coating is a modern way to protect metal products while giving them a clean, finished appearance. The coating withstands everyday use, protects the surface from moisture, corrosion, scratches, and chipping, and is suitable for everything from individual parts and housings to large metal structures.
Powder paint is applied to a prepared metal surface and then cured in a special oven, where it forms a strong, uniform layer. The result is a durable decorative finish in the required color and texture that maintains its appearance for a long time and does not require frequent refinishing.

Steel is one of the most common materials used for powder coating. The coating helps protect the surface from corrosion and mechanical damage while also giving the product the required color and texture.
Typical products:
Galvanized steel can be powder coated, but proper surface preparation is important for reliable coating adhesion. During heating, the zinc layer may release gases, so the preparation and curing process should take into account the type of galvanizing and the design of the product.
Typical products:
Aluminum parts are well suited for powder coating. The coating provides a uniform decorative finish and adds extra surface protection during use.
Typical products:
Stainless steel is powder coated when a specific color, matte or textured surface, or an additional decorative effect is required. Because of the smooth surface of the material, proper preparation before powder application is especially important.
Typical products:
Cast iron and other cast metal parts can also be powder coated. Before coating, the surface is thoroughly cleaned and prepared, while possible outgassing from pores in the metal during heating must be taken into account because it can affect the quality of the finished surface.
Typical products:
Copper and brass parts can also be coated with powder paints. Before coating, the surface is cleaned and prepared according to the material and coating requirements. This method is most commonly used for decorative, housing, and interior components.

We agree on the color, gloss level, and surface type according to the intended use of the product and the desired appearance.
We calculate the cost and lead time based on dimensions, quantity, surface condition, and coating requirements.
We inspect the surface after coating, including color, layer uniformity, curing quality, and the absence of visible defects.
After the work is completed, we arrange packaging and delivery of the coated parts and structures throughout Ukraine.

Material: steel. Yellow powder coating. Batch — 1,400 pcs.
The estimated cost of powder coating metal starts from 120 UAH/m² for simple products. For frames, grilles, profiles, and structures with complex geometry, the price may be significantly higher. The final cost depends on the surface area, dimensions, condition of the metal, required cleaning, powder type, color, and the number of items in the batch.
For smooth powder coatings, a typical thickness is around 60–80 μm. For matte, textured, and decorative coatings, the layer may be approximately 90–120 μm. The exact thickness depends on the type of powder coating and the requirements for the finished product.
Most standard powder coating systems are cured at a metal temperature of approximately 170–200 °C. Depending on the coating composition and temperature, the curing time is usually between 7 and 40 minutes. The exact curing conditions are specified in the powder manufacturer's technical documentation.
Powder coating is available in RAL colors as well as a variety of surface finishes, including gloss, semi-matte, matte, fine-textured, and coarse-textured finishes. Certain powders are also available with metallic, moiré, antique, and other decorative effects.
Yes, but products intended for outdoor use require powder coatings designed to withstand ultraviolet exposure and weather conditions. Polyester powder coatings are commonly used for these applications. Epoxy-polyester systems are more often used indoors.
Old coatings, rust, mill scale, oils, and other contaminants must be removed before powder coating. Surface preparation directly affects adhesion and coating service life, so heavily corroded or previously painted products require additional cleaning.
